Juneteenth Youth Leadership  Empowerment Council (JYLEC)

JYLEC is an 8-week leadership program designed to empower youth with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed in life and lead in their communities. Through mentorship, interactive sessions, and practical life applications, participants develop character, leadership abilities, and a strong sense of purpose.
